Open Day Campaign

Open days for universities are exciting and a crucial event in the academic calendar. It is a chance for potential students, their parents, and anyone considering further education to experience the University firsthand.

Challenge

The University landscape in Ireland is competitive and attracting new students and influencing their families is a critical part of the work at TU Dublin.

My objective was to
ensure that the TU Dublin brand and message was both compelling and impactful, driving attendance and engagement.

Assets

I developed and executed a brand campaign to showcase TU Dublin through both offline and digital channels. This included creating

  • Event programmes

  • Exhibition displays

  • OOH advertising

  • Irish Times full page Ad

  • UX/UI Website

  • Video Production

  • Social media content

  • Digital advertising of various formats

Responsibilities
  • Creative definition and alignment with Marketing and Technology colleagues on campaign components and timelines

  • Design, produce and supply all visual assets (online and offline)

  • UX/UI recommendations

  • Coordinate third party print suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery

  • Work directly with advertisers to supply all digital assets in correct formats

  • Brief coordinate third party photographer
